Marukan Sweet and Sour Sauce
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water together. Then place the rice vinegar, pineapple juice, brown sugar, ketchup and ponzu in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Once the sauce begins to boil, add the cornstarch and water mixture. Simmer until sauce has thickened, about 1-2 minutes. Enjoy immediately or store in fridge for up to two weeks! For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes to your liking.
