How do you use it?
Rice Vinegar can be used simply to replace regular vinegar in any recipe or application, for a lighter and less pungent flavor.
What is the difference between Marukan Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar and Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Vinegar?
Seasoned Gourmet is produced from water and short grain rice, with added sugar and salt. Thus, the rice vinegar is “seasoned”, to give it a great light and zesty taste. Seasoned Gourmet is widely used in making sushi rice. It also makes an excellent salad dressing, just use it right out of the bottle! Also, it is great for replacing vinegar in your favorite recipes for marinades and grilling sauces.
Why Lite Seasoned Rice Vinegar?
Marukan uses 30% less sugar and salt, in our Lite Seasoned Rice Vinegar, to bring you a lighter dressing. This product is terrific for someone desiring to lower his or her sugar and/or salt intake. Lite also has about 40% fewer calories than Seasoned Gourmet, too!
Are Marukan products fat-free, and low in calories?
