Tomato, medium, small dice
1
Red Onion, medium, small dice
1 Tbsp
Cilantro, diced
2
Shishito Peppers, small dice
1
Lime, juiced
1 Tbsp
Sugar
2 tsp
Soy
2 tsp
Korean Chili Flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and allow to marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes. Serve with chips or put as a topping over your favorite protein or salad and enjoy!
