Marukan Spicy Salmon with Crispy Rice

2 Servings
Sushi Rice:
1 Cup
Sushi Rice, cooked
1/2 Tbsp
Sugar
1 tsp
Sesame Oil
Spicy Salmon:
7 oz.
Salmon, finely chopped
2 Tbsp
Japanese Mayonnaise
2 tsp
Sriracha
2 tsp
Soy Sauce
1 tsp
Sesame Oil
For Garnish
Jalapeño, thinly sliced
For Garnish
Sesame Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix Marukan Rice Vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl. Drizzle over cooked rice and mix. Line a baking tray with plastic wrap, add sushi rice and press rice into the tray. Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes. After, take the rice out and cut it into bite-size pieces. Heat up a pan on high with some vegetable oil. Fry all sides of rice bites. Prepare spicy salmon by mixing all ingredients in a bowl. Assemble by scooping some spicy salmon on top of crispy rice, top with jalapeños, sesame seeds and serve.
