Marukan Fish Fillet Marinade
1/2 Cup
Olive Oil
1/4 Cup
Light Soy Sauce
4 Tbsp
Garlic Cloves, minced
4 Tbsp
Ginger, minced
1 Tbsp
Chili Flakes (optional)

Salmon Fish Fillets (3 - 4 oz. each)
1/2 Cup
Scallions, finely chopped
1/2
Lemon, sliced for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Set aside fish fillets and chopped scallions. Whisk remaining ingredients well to make marinade and pour over fish fillets. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour.
Grill, bake or sauté fish fillets. Sprinkle chopped scallions over the top of the fish and serve with your favorite steamed vegetables and slices of lemon.
