Marukan Asian Chicken Thighs Skillet
1 1/2 lb.
Chicken Thighs, bone-in
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix brown sugar, Marukan Yuzu Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Yuzu Citrus, sesame oil, ginger and Marukan Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Brush top/skin side of chicken with the oil. Place chicken skin-side down in the skillet and brown for 3-5 minutes. Flip over and brown the other side. Remove chicken and drain fat from skillet. Place the chicken back in skillet, skin-side up. Pour sauce mixture over the chicken. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature of chicken is 170 degrees and/or juices run clear. Top with parsley and enjoy!
This was the best chicken I have ever made, and my family agreed. Thank you, I will use this recipe many times for many friends and relatives.
Havent tried making it yet. But will….
I like the recipes.. I plan on making these dishes for my family
Maryland Asian Chicken
I have not made it but it looks fabulous..making for dinner tomorrow!!
I made this last evening and was somewhat disappointed. I thought that the mixture would be nice and thick to stay on the chicken..but that was not the case as it was very much a liquid rather than a thick stick to the bone type! The flavor was good…maybe next time (if I make it again) I’ll make the marinade thicker!
