Marukan Instant Pot Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup
Our Marukan Instant Pot Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup is ready in just 25 minutes, making it the perfect family dinner!
Set Instant Pot to “Saute” and heat oil. Add in onions and peppers, and cook for 4-5 minutes until soft. Add in garlic and cook until fragrant. Add in chili powder, cumin, salt, paprika, oregano, pepper, corn, beans, tomatoes, Marukan Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar, chicken broth. Stir. Place chicken in pot and cover. Set to “Manual” for 12 minutes. Release pressure and remove lid. Set to “Saute”. Remove the chicken from the pot and shred. Once chicken is shredded, add it back into the pot. Add in lime juice and heavy whipping cream. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with sour cream, avocado, tortilla strips, cheese, cilantro, and a lime slice. Enjoy!
