Marukan Chicken and Pepper Skewers
A delicious grilling recipe perfect for any occasion!
First preheat the grill. Next thread the cubed chicken and peppers through skewers and set aside. In a small bowl whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce and honey. Then remove about ¼ cup of the sauce and set the rest aside. Brush the ¼ cup of the sauce over the kabobs. Next place the kabobs on the grill directly over the heat. Cover and grill for 12-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through, turn kabobs once halfway through grilling. Next remove the kabobs from the grill, place on a serving plate, and drizzle with remaining sauce over kabobs. Finally garnish with Italian parsley and chives, enjoy!
