Marukan Jicama Salad

1 Large
Jicama
2 Large
Carrots
1 Cup
Red Onions
1/2 Cup
Mini Sweet Peppers
1/3 Cup
Shishito Peppers
1/4 Cup
Fresh Lime Juice
1 tsp
Sugar
2 Tbsp
Olive Oil
2 tsp
Cayenne
To Taste
Salt and Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

First step: Chop the jicama, carrots, onions, mini sweet peppers, and shishito peppers about the same size and add them all in a large bowl.

 

Second step: In a small bowl mix lime juice, Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Vinegar, sugar, olive oil, and cayenne together.

 

Third step: Pour the dressing mixture on top of the jicama mix and combine both the jicama mix and dressing together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
