Marukan Teriyaki Chicken Meal Prep
Make an irresistibly delicious lunch for half your week with this Teriyaki Chicken Meal Prep recipe!
Whisk together rice vinegar, ponzu, sesame oil, minced garlic, corn starch and honey.
Then, heat a large pan to medium/high heat and evenly coat with cooking spray. Add the cubed chicken and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until nicely browned. Then add the teriyaki sauce and cook/stir until sauce has thickened.
Place desired amount of steamed broccoli, rice, and teriyaki chicken into meal prep containers. Refrigerate up to 4 days, enjoy!
