Marukan Strawberry Vinaigrette

This bright and zesty strawberry vinaigrette blends sweet berries, tangy vinegar, and fresh thyme into a dressing that tastes like summer in a jar!

1/4 Cup
Olive Oil
1 Tsp
Dijon Mustard
1/2 Tsp
Celtic Salt
1/2 Cup
Fresh Strawberries
A Few Sprigs
Fresh Thyme

INSTRUCTIONS

In a tall mixing cup or jar, combine the olive oil, rice vinegar, Dijon mustard, and Celtic salt.

Add the fresh strawberries and thyme.

Using an immersion blender, blend the mixture for about 60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Pour into a jar or bottle and store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Shake before each use.
