Marukan Instant Pot Vegan Chili

Pour olive oil into the Instant Pot & set to “Saute”. Once hot, add in onion, red pepper, celery, and garlic. Saute until softened. Add in chili powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne, and allspice. Stir together. Add in beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, Marukan Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar, bay leaves, black pepper, and sea salt. Stir together. Cover Instant Pot and set to “Manual” for 10 minutes. Release pressure, and set to “Saute”. Remove bay leaves. Then add water and beefless ground, and stir until meat is warm. Add in parsley and stir. Enjoy!
