Marukan Instant Pot Teriyaki Chicken

Let your pressure cooker do all the work with our Marukan Instant Pot Teriyaki Chicken! With just a few ingredients, this dish comes together in 25 minutes.

Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp
Honey
1 Tbsp
Ginger, grated
2 Tbsp
Canola Oil
1/4 tsp
Black Pepper, ground
1 Tbsp
Cornstarch
2 Tbsp
Vegetable Oil

Chicken Thighs, boneless and skinless
For Garnish
Green Onions, sliced
For Garnish
Sesame Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, whisk together the Marukan Yuzu Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Yuzu Citrus, Marukan Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar, garlic, honey, ginger, canola oil, black pepper, and cornstarch. Mix and set aside. Set Instant Pot to “Saute”, and add in vegetable oil and chicken thighs. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned. Add in the teriyaki sauce and cover. Set to “Manual” for 10 minutes. Release pressure and remove lid. Serve over rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
