Marukan Instant Pot Sticky Chicken
One bite and you’ll be stuck on our 30-minute Marukan Instant Pot Sticky Chicken!
Set Instant Pot to “Saute”. Add in 1 Tbsp olive oil and chicken, skin-side down. Season chicken with paprika and black pepper. Brown both sides of the chicken. In a bowl, whisk together garlic, brown sugar, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, Marukan Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar, 1 Tbsp oil, sriracha, Marukan Yuzu Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Yuzu Citrus, and honey. Pour sauce into Instant Pot, cover and set to “Manual” for 20 minutes. Release pressure and remove lid. Remove chicken and set to “Saute”. On the side, mix together cornstarch and liquid from pot. Add cornstarch slurry into pot and stir occasionally until thickened. Add chicken back in. Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro. Enjoy!
