Marukan Instant Pot Spicy Korean Beef Bulgogi
Our Marukan Instant Pot Spicy Korean Beef Bulgogi is sticky-sweet with a little bit of heat, and is on the table in 20 minutes!
In a bowl, whisk together Marukan Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Sudachi Citrus, Marukan Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar, beef broth, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, gochujang, and maple syrup. Set aside. Place beef into Instant Pot, and pour in the sauce mixture. Set to “Manual” for 15 minutes. Release pressure and remove lid. Add in sesame seeds and cornstarch. Stir. Set to “Saute” and stir occasionally for 4 minutes. Serve over rice and top with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
