Marukan Instant Pot Soy Ginger Pork & Noodles

You won’t be able to keep your forks away – this dish is simply irresistible!

Pork Shoulder, cubed
2 Tbsp
Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp
Fish Sauce
2 tsp
Chili Garlic Sauce
1 Cup
Water
1
Ginger Root, peeled and cubed
1 Bunch
Green Onions, trimmed
1 Package
Spaghetti Noodles
1 Bunch
Kale, ribs removed
1 Tbsp
Sesame Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove bones and excess fat from pork. Cut porn into 1.5 inch chunks. Add pork, water, 3 whole green onions, ginger, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, fish sauce, Marukan Rice Vinegar, and Marukan Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Sudachi Citrus into the Instant Pot. Cover and set to “manual” for 45 minutes. Once done, do a quick release. Remove ginger, green onions, and fat from the top of the broth. Cover.

 

Cook noodles in salted water. With 2 minutes left of cook time, add in kale.  Drain well. Toss with sesame oil.  Add in a cup of broth (add more if desired) and toss. Add pork to the top of the dish. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. For a boost of flavor, add a splash of Marukan Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Sudachi Citrus.
