Marukan Instant Pot Shrimp Gumbo
Take your tastebuds on a trip to New Orleans with our Marukan Instant Pot Shrimp Gumbo!
Set Instant Pot to “Saute”. Add in olive oil and sausage, and cook until browned. Remove sausage and slice, and add back into pot. Then add in onion, celery, red bell pepper, shrimp, garlic, cajun seasoning, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Marukan Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Cover and set to “Manual” for 5 minutes. Release pressure and remove lid. Set to “Saute” and add in cornstarch slurry. Stir for 3-4 minutes until thickened. Serve with rice and parsley. Enjoy!
