Marukan Instant Pot Shrimp and Broccoli

Ditch the takeout and make our easy, 20 minute Marukan Instant Pot Shrimp and Broccoli for the family tonight!

1 Tbsp
Ginger, grated
1 Tbsp
Garlic, grated
1 tsp
Brown Sugar
2 tsp
Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp
Oyster Sauce
1 lb.
Shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Cups
Broccoli, florets
1 tsp
Sriracha
1 Tbsp
Cornstarch
1 Tbsp
Water
For Garnish
Green Onions, sliced
For Garnish
Sesame Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Add ginger, garlic, brown sugar, Marukan Yuzu Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Yuzu Citrus, sesame oil, Marukan Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar, oyster sauce and shrimp into the Instant Pot. Cover and set to “Manual” for 1 minute. Release pressure and remove lid. Set to “Saute”. Add in broccoli and sriracha. Stir until combined. Add in cornstarch slurry. Stir. Let cook for about 2 minutes, until broccoli has softened and sauce has thickened. Serve over rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
