Marukan Instant Pot Orange Chicken
Place the rice vinegar, ponzu, orange juice, honey, sesame oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, sugar, and orange zest in a medium sized bowl and whisk together.
Place the cubed chicken, cornstarch, salt and pepper in a gallon sized zip up bag. Seal the bag and shake until chicken is coated. Next turn the Instant Pot® on and select the “saute” mode. Add the 4 Tbsp of oil and cook the until the coating around the chicken is slightly crispy. Then remove the chicken from the Instant Pot®, and press “cancel”.
Place chicken back in Instant Pot®, set to sauté mode and coat with sauce. Then, mix 1 Tbsp of water with 1 Tbsp of cornstarch together in a small bowl until no lumps. Pour the mixture in the Instant Pot® and mix together until sauce has thickened.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion. Enjoy on its own or with your choice of rice!
