Marukan Instant Pot Hibachi Steak

Make hibachi-style cooking at home with our 25 minute Marukan Instant Pot Hibachi Steak!

Sesame Oil

Steak, cubed
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Black Pepper, ground
1 Tbsp
Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp
Ginger, ground
1/2
Yellow Onion, sliced
5
White Mushrooms, sliced
1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp
Water, divided
1 Tbsp
Cornstarch

Zucchinis, sliced
For Garnish
Green Onions, sliced diagonally
For Garnish
Sesame Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Set Instant Pot to “Saute”. Add in vegetable oil, sesame oil, steak, salt and black pepper. Stir and cook until browned. Add in garlic and ginger, and stir. Add in onions, mushrooms, Marukan Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Sudachi Citrus, water, and Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar. Stir. Cover and set to “Manual” for 4 minutes. Release pressure and remove lid. Set to “Saute”. Stir. On the side, mix together cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of water. Add in cornstarch slurry and stir occasionally until thickened. Mix in zucchini. Serve over rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
