Marukan Instant Pot Hawaiian Chicken
Combine chicken and all ingredients (except for cornstarch) into the Instant Pot, and stir. Close lid and steam valve. Set to “manual” for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, press “off” button and quick release pressure. Open the pot and press “sauté” setting. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 3 Tbsp of hot liquid from pot. Pour the mixture into the pot and stir. Let mix bubble mix for 1 minute, then press “off” button and remove from heat. Garnish with green onions and serve over jasmine rice, enjoy!
