Our Marukan Instant Pot Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta is so tasty and easy to make!

Chicken Broth
1 Tbsp
Garlic, minced
2 tsp
Italian Seasoning
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Black Pepper
1/2 Cup
Sun Dried Tomatoes with Herbs, drained and chopped
1 lb.
Chicken Breast, cubed
12 oz.
Penne Pasta
1 Cup
Spinach
8 oz.
Cream Cheese, cubed
1 Cup
Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1/4 Cup
Basil, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

In order, add the following ingredients into the Instant Pot: chicken broth, Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper and sun dried tomatoes. Stir. Then add in the chicken and the pasta. Cover and set to “Manual” for 6 minutes. Release pressure and remove the lid. Stir and set to “Saute”. Add in spinach, cream cheese and parmesan. Stir occasionally for about 10 minutes, until the cream cheese has dissolved and the sauce has thickened. Toss in basil, and stir. Serve and top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
