Add Marukan Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar, chicken broth, chicken breasts, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to Instant Pot. Stir. Break noodles in half and layer on top of the chicken. Pour in heavy cream. Cover and set to “Manual” for 5 minutes. Release pressure and remove lid. Stir and let sit for 1 minute, allowing sauce to thicken. Stir in parmesan cheese until fully melted. Add in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, tossing until the spinach has wilted. Enjoy!
