Broccoli, florets

Carrots, shredded

White Onion, diced
3 Cups
Chicken Broth
4 Tbsp
Butter
1 Tbsp
Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp
Paprika
1/2 tsp
Black Pepper, ground
1/2 tsp
Salt
2 Cups
Half and Half
3 Cups
Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/4 Cup
Cornstarch
1/4 Cup
Water
For Garnish
Croutons

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the broccoli, carrots, onions, chicken broth, Marukan Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar, butter, garlic, paprika, pepper, and salt to the Instant Pot. Stir together. Set to”Manual” for 1 minute and cover. Release pressure and remove lid. Set to “Saute” and add in half and half, cheddar cheese, and cornstarch slurry. Stir occasionally until soup becomes thicker. Garnish with cheese and croutons. Enjoy!
