Marukan Instant Pot Asian Meatballs
In a large bowl combine all the meatball ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls (roughly 12 meatballs).
In a bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients.
Set Instant Pot to “sauté” and add 2 Tbsp of olive oil in the Instant Pot or grease with cooking spray. Then place the meatballs inside and sauté until brown, about 3 minutes per side (may need to work in batches). When browned, press “cancel” and pour in half the sauce with 2 Tbsp of water. Close and turn valve to “sealing”. Set to “manual” for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, “quick release” pressure, remove meatballs and place in a bowl.
Place remaining half of sauce in a medium sauce pan, bring to a boil and let simmer for 3-4 minutes. Then pour over meatballs, plate, garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds and enjoy!
