Marukan Fennel and Arugula Salad with Orange Vinaigrette

INSTRUCTIONS
Toast walnuts in small, dry frying pan and set aside. Place the vinaigrette ingredients in order listed in a blender and blend until smooth. A small personal blender is a good appliance to have for emulsifying dressings. Place arugula on a salad platter. Arrange shaved fennel over the arugula and top with toasted walnuts and fresh orange slices. Serve with Orange Vinaigrette Dressing.
