Marukan Salmon Poke Bowls

Our Marukan Salmon Poke Bowls feature our Marukan Ponzu with Sudachi Citrus are a perfectly simple and light meal!

Chili Garlic Sauce

Honey
2 tsp
Sesame Oil
1 lb.
Sushi-Grade Salmon, cut into Ā½-inch dice
4 Cups
Rice, cooked
1 Cup
Edamame, cooked and shelled
1/2
Cucumber, seedless and diced
1/2 Cup
Carrots, shredded

Radishes, thinly sliced

Avocados, peeled and sliced
1
Green Onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp
Sesame Seeds
For Garnish
Cilantro Leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the Marukan Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Sudachi Citrus with the chili garlic sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Reserve 4 tablespoons for serving and place the rest in a mixing bowl. Add the salmon, gently toss to coat, and refrigerate until ready to serve.

 

On the side, mix the rice and Marukan Organic Seasoned Rice Vinegar.

 

Serve salmon over rice, and layer with toppings. Enjoy!
