Marukan Ponzu Stir Fry Bowls

Flank Steak, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp
Vegetable Oil

Garlic Cloves, minced

Ginger, grated

Red Bell Peppers, seeded and thinly sliced

White Onion, cut into thin wedges
2 Cups
Broccoli, florets
For Garnish
Cauliflower Rice
For Garnish
Cilantro
For Garnish
Sesame Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the steak slices in a large food storage bag. Add in 3/4 cup of Marukan Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Sudachi Citrus, and marinate for 4-12 hours in the refrigerator.
Remove the steak and discard the marinade. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Cook the steak in batches for 5-6 minutes, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Remove steak from skillet and add more oil if needed. Let the oil heat then add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring, then add the vegetables, cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes or until crisp and tender. Add 1 Tbsp of Marukan Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Sudachi Citrus and cook for another 30 seconds. Serve the steak and vegetables over cauliflower rice and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
