Marukan Lobster Tacos with Cilantro Slaw

Step up your game and enjoy the fresh and tasty flavors in every bite of these Lobster Tacos!

For the Slaw:
2 Cups
Cabbage, finely shredded or Coleslaw Mix
1/4 Cup
Red Onion, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup
Fresh Cilantro, minced
1/2
Jalapeño, seeded, deveined, and finely minced, optional
4 Tbsp
Mayonnaise
To Taste
Kosher or Fine Sea Salt
To Taste
Black Pepper
For the Tacos:
2 Tbsp
Butter, melted
1/2 Lb.
Lobster Meat, cooked (sauté, steam or roast)
1/4 Cup
Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
Sriracha

Corn Tortillas, warmed
1
Avocado, sliced
For Garnish
Cilantro Leaves
For Serving
Lime Wedges

INSTRUCTIONS

Make the slaw by mixing all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper and let sit at room temperature while preparing the tacos.

 

Mix the mayonnaise and Sriracha together.

 

Combine the melted butter and vinegar and dip the lobster meat into the mixture.

 

Top tortillas with slaw, lobster, avocado slices, spicy mayo, and cilantro leaves. Serve with lime wedges.
