Marukan Instant Pot Kung Pao Chicken

Our Marukan Instant Pot Kung Pao Chicken is the perfect mix of sweet, salty, and spicy!

Red Onion, chopped

Red Bell Pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp
Garlic, minced
2 lb.
Chicken, cubed
3 Tbsp
Maple Syrup
1 tsp
Red Pepper Flakes
1/3 Cup + 3 Tbsp
Water, divided
1 tsp
Sesame Oil
3 Tbsp
Cornstarch
To Taste
Sesame Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

In order, add the following ingredients into the Instant Pot: red onions, bell peppers, garlic, chicken, Marukan Yuzu Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Yuzu Citrus, Marukan Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar, maple syrup, red pepper flakes, and water. Cover and set to “Manual” for 4 minutes. Release pressure and remove lid. Add in sesame oil and stir. On the side, mix together cornstarch and water. Add cornstarch slurry into the Instant Pot and stir. Let the mixture bubble for 2 minutes. Serve over rice and top with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
