Marukan Instant Pot Butter Chicken
Our Marukan Instant Pot Butter Chicken features a creamy and delicious Indian curry and is ready in 30 minutes!
Set Instant Pot to “Saute”. Add in butter and melt. Then add in garlic and ginger, stir and cook until fragrant. Toss in seasonings and stir. Add in tomato sauce, water, Marukan Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar and chicken. Mix together and cover. Set to “Manual” for 6 minutes. Release pressure and remove lid. Stir in heavy whipping cream. Set Instant Pot to “Saute” and let simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice, and serve with naan bread and cilantro.
