Marukan Instant Pot Beef Stroganoff

Combine classic flavors and creamy texture to get our Marukan Instant Pot Beef Stroganoff!

6 Servings
3 Tbsp
Butter
3 tsp
Garlic, minced
1 Cup
Mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp
Flour
3 1/2 Cups
Beef Broth
1/4 Cup
Worcestershire Sauce
2 lb.
Stew Meat
10 oz.
Egg Noodles
1 Tbsp
Parsley, minced
1/2 Cup
Sour Cream
To Taste
Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Set Instant Pot to “Saute”. Add in butter, garlic, and mushrooms. After the butter has melted, add in flour and stir. Add in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, meat, and Marukan Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar. Stir, cover and set to “Manual” for 15 minutes. Release pressure manually and remove lid. Add in noodles and parsley. Cover, and set to “Manual” for 3 minutes. Remove lid, and add in sour cream and pepper. Once sauce comes to a boil, serve and enjoy!
