Marukan Grilled Flank Steak
Our Marukan Grilled Flank Steak is tender and flavorful!
Add olive oil, Marukan Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Sudachi Citrus, Marukan Apple Cider Vinegar, molasses, garlic and black pepper to a ziplock bag and mix. Add in steak, let it marinate in the refrigerator anywhere from 2-12 hours, until ready to cook.
Put grill on high heat and grill steak for a total of 8 minutes, flipping sides every 2 minutes. Once done cooking, transfer it to a plate and cover with foil for 5-10 minutes. Cut into strips. Enjoy!
