Marukan Hot Honey Feta Chicken with Fresh Herbs

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Combine salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a small bowl and season the chicken on both sides.
In a small bowl, whisk together the hot honey, Marukan Organic Rice Vinegar, Dijon mustard, and dried oregano.
Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes per side until lightly golden. Pour the hot honey vinegar mixture over the chicken, turning to coat.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F on an instant-read thermometer) and the sauce is bubbling and slightly thickened.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the feta over the hot chicken.
Finish with parsley, dill, and chives. Spoon the tangy hot honey sauce over the top before serving.
