Marukan Beef and Sweet Potato Chili
Cozy up with this tasty chili this winter season!
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Brown beef with salt and pepper; remove and set aside.
Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened. Return beef to pot and add sweet potatoes, bell pepper, crushed tomatoes, beans, chili powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne. Stir to combine.
Pour in beef broth and simmer 20–25 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
Stir in Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar at the end.
Serve hot, garnish with green onions and optionally with shredded cheese or sour cream.
