Greetings from the North American Seafood Expo

To promote the delicious flavor and versatility of Marukan Rice Vinegar and Ponzu products, the Marukan team and Chef Anthony Quinn from Elite Personal Chefs attended the North American Seafood Expo in Boston. This is North America’s largest seafood expo with thousands of supermarket, restaurant and foodservice buyers from around the world in attendance.

Chef Quinn prepared some tasty Shrimp and Rice made with Marukan Ponzu Premium Sudachi Citrus Marinade, Pickled Cucumbers made with Marukan Organic Seasoned Rice Vinegar and a Baby Spinach and Raisin Salad made with Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar. Each of these recipes highlights how different Marukan Products can be used to enhance the flavor in a variety of dishes.
