Marukan Reset Vegetable Soup

Our Marukan Reset Vegetable Soup is low-calorie and nutrient-rich!

Olive Oil

Carrots, peeled and diced

Yellow Onion, diced

Celery, diced
2 Tbsp
Garlic, minced
8 Cups
Vegetable Broth, low sodium
1
Yellow Squash, diced
1
Zucchini, diced
2 Cups
Mushrooms, sliced
15 oz.
Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
3
Bay Leaves
1 tsp
Oregano
1/2 tsp
Thyme
2 tsp
Kosher Salt
1 tsp
Black Pepper, ground
1/3 Cup
Parsley, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large pot, add in oil, carrots, onions and celery. Sauté over medium-high heat for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss in garlic and saute for another 2 minutes. Add in broth, yellow squash, zucchini, mushrooms, garbanzo beans, bay leaves, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper, and bring to a boil. Let boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves. Reduce heat to low and stir in parsley and Marukan Apple Cider Vinegar. Enjoy!

    Substitute

    I live in a country that doesn’t have vegetable broth. I know I can use water but will the recipe still have taste?

    You can substitute another type of broth that is available where you live. If you just use water it will not have the same level of flavor.
