Marukan Pepper Beef

A quick and easy recipe perfect for a weeknight dinner.

2 Tbsp
Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp
Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp
Ginger, minced
1.5 Lbs.
Skirt Steak, thinly sliced
3/4 Cup
Beef Broth
1
Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1
Green Bell Pepper, chopped
6 - 8
Green Onions, chopped
2 Tbsp
Corn Starch
2 Cups
Cooked Rice
For Garnish
Sesame Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Set pressure cooker to “Sauté.” Add sesame oil, garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant. Press “Cancel” on pressure cooker.

Add skirt steak, beef broth, rice vinegar, ponzu sauce and set to “Manual” for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, release pressure and remove lid.

Add green bell peppers, red bell peppers, green onions and corn starch. Set to “Sauté” and stir occassionally for 2 – 5 minutes until peppers are tender and sauce has thickened. Serve over rice and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
