Marukan Apple Cider Vinegar Beef and Broccoli
Quick and easy recipe for your weeknight dinner!
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet on medium heat. Cook the broccoli for 3 minutes, until slightly softened. Set aside. Add beef to pan and cook for 3 minutes, until browned. Add in garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant. In a bowl while beef is browning, mix together Marukan Ponzu Premium Soy Dressing with Sudachi Citrus, beef broth, sesame oil, brown sugar, honey, Marukan Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, ginger and cornstarch. Add in sauce mixture, and cook for 10 minutes, until sauce mixture has cooked down. Toss in broccoli and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve over rice and garnish with green onions, cilantro and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
