Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredient
1 whole chicken breast, cooked and cooled
¾ cup chopped green onions & tops
½ cup chopped cilantro (Chinese parsley)
½ cup chopped water chestnuts
½ cup Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Sesame seed, toasted
5 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
2 oz. (bean thread noodles) or maifun (rice sticks), fried as pkg. directions
Instruction
1 Combine chicken, green onions, cilantro, water chestnuts, vinegar and sesame seed in bowl, mix well.
2 Add lettuce and saifun, toss and serve. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
