rice, with added sugar and salt. Thus, the rice vinegar
is "seasoned", to give it a great light and zesty taste.
Seasoned Gourmet is widely used in making sushi rice. It
also makes an excellent salad dressing, just use it right
out of the bottle! Also, it is great for replacing vinegar
in your favorite recipes for marinades and grilling sauces. |
