Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 whole chicken breast, cooked and cooled
¾ cup chopped green onions & tops
½ cup chopped cilantro (Chinese parsley)
½ cup chopped water chestnuts
½ cup Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Sesame seed, toasted
5 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
2 oz. (bean thread noodles) or maifun (rice sticks), fried as pkg. directions
Instruction
1. Combine chicken, green onions, cilantro, water chestnuts, vinegar and sesame seed in bowl, mix well.
2. Add lettuce and saifun, toss and serve. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
