Sesame Beef Skewers
cooking time= 40min
Great appetizer dish. Sprinkle additional ponzu for more tang.

Ingredients
1 lb lean, boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
3 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce
2 tbsp Sudachi Ponzu (Green Label)
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
16 (5-7/8 in) bamboo skewers*
Instruction
1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well.
2. Let stand 30 minutes. *During this time soak skewers in water 30 minutes before threading with meat to prevent burning.
3. Thread beef onto skewers, about 1 oz each.
4. Grill or broil, 1 to 2 inches from heat, 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through. Serve immediately. Makes 8 appetizer servings, 2 skewers each.
